“Artistic Culture of the University of Warsaw”

Ars et educatio. “Kultura artystyczna Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego” is a joint work – beautifully illustrated with many, often unpublished so far, photos – of over twenty scholars: historians, art historians, archaeologists. The book is an in-depth study of the University’s collections and their impact on the culture of Warsaw. Moreover, it presents the history of the University’s buildings.

It is addressed to a wide audience, but above all to the citizens of Warsaw, in particular to employees, students and graduates of the University of Warsaw. Academic supervision and concept – Prof. Jerzy Miziołek.
