The Botanical Garden of the University of Warsaw is one of the oldest in Poland. Over 5 thousand plant species can be admired on over 5 hectares. With the guidebook in your hand, you will enjoy not only a pleasant but also an educating walk through the Garden. The publication contains i.a. a description of the Garden’s history, of the animals living in it, the glasshouses, plants: ornamental, healing and usable ones, as well as educational paths. The final pages are 8 beautiful postcards depicting drawings from the beginning of the 19th century by the famous Redouté. Thanks to perforations, the cards with drawings can easily be torn off.

The publication, edited by Hanna Werblan-Jakubiec and Marcin Zych, is available in two language versions: Polish and English.
